You must have received SMTP credentials as following, but you will have to use credentials which are defined in "Outgoing" section.
Quick note: "Incoming" section is only to receive emails like replies, bounces & abuse reports. If you send emails using credentials mentioned in "Incoming" sections, you emails will fail email authentications like SPF, DKIM & DMARC.
