Disclaimer: We provide SMTP server/service that is primarily warmed up for mailbox provider (Google) by sending emails to build email history. Even though the SMTPs are warmed up, we can't commit inbox rate, spam rate, open rates, ip or domain reputation/score, click rate, sending volume (minute, hourly, daily, weekly or monthly), engagement rate or profit/return on investment. As we have no control on some of the key factors such as mailbox provider’s algorithms/spam filters, content in the emails you send or quality of your email lists (recipients). Acceptability/deliverability/placement of emails with mailbox providers depends on your sending activity and how you utilize the smtp service. If you are sending quality emails to your own list (double opt-in with permission) you can have positive results (acceptability & deliverability). But if you send SPAM to a rented/purchased list or increase sending volume suddenly then you might not get the desired results (engagement) and that can even lead to being blocked or blacklisted by Mailbox Providers or RBLs.

*SenderScore.org: IP addresses assigned to you with SMTP server may or may not have a history on the SenderScore platform. We make no guarantees regarding the specific score of any IP address at the time of order delivery. While we try to assign IP address with a SenderScore above 75, but achieving and maintaining such a score depends on various factors such as sending activity, acceptance & deliverability.

**Google Postmaster Tools/GPT: Since January 2023, we do not support or connect our smtp servers with google postmaster tools (aka gpt) because of the reported bugs in the said platform. The concerning bugs cause two major issues: (1) wrong statistics such as spam rate, domain/ip reputation (2) statistics not generated such as spam rate, domain/ip reputation even after sending thousands of emails. So to avoid any misunderstanding of sending activity, even if requested by customer google postmaster tools (aka gpt) access will not be shared with anyone including but not limited to the customer.

***Optimised for 1 Million Per Hour Speed: This feature is only available for senders who have opted for enterprise plan (from start not upgraded from pro plan) and send emails to double opt-in subscribers, so that MTA (Message Transfer Agent) on SMTP server doesn't have to hold emails in the queue. (queue: emails waiting in the smtp server to be accepted by mailbox providers servers because of blocks, ISP restrictions, spamtraps, RBL lisitings, etc.)
