It has been brought to our attention that someone is using a fake Skype account (live:.cid.9fa5da39974450aa) to take money from people in the name of selling our services through BTC. We have already reported the said fake account to Microsoft & concerned authority, hope they take action on such fake accounts.
But we recommend all new and even existing customers to only communicate with businesses online through their official contact details available strictly on website in public, for example our official contact details (email info@ipwarmup.com | skype live:ipwarmup) are mentioned on our website: https://ipwarmup.com/contact-us
Important Tips for Skype:
- Always check exact username on Skype, it should match with what is mentioned on the official website. Do not contact similar looking profiles, because on Skype anyone can create account with any name of person or business.
Important Tips for Emails:
- Even if you receive emails from official email, please check if that email is properly authenticated with SPF, DKIM, DMARC:
- As soon as you click on Reply button, check that reply email address is matching to the official contact email address of business.
Important Tips for Payments:
- Always place order through official business website (in our case it is https://ipwarmup.com) and pay by the payment methods provided on the official website only. Do not make payments on random links not matching to the official website.
